The Board voted four (4) in favor, one (1) opposed, thereby approving the petition. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is July 28, 2004. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review. Galen Drive Avon, IN 46123 i Re: H R Block Financial, Docket No. 57- 03ADLS Amend Dear Mr. Phillips: At the meeting held May 13, 2003 the Carmel Clay Plan Commission, Special Studies Committee took the following action regarding the Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping and Signage, (ADLS) Amendment approval for the property located at 3003 East 98 Street. APPROVED: Docket No. 57- 03ADLS Amend request to approve ADLS Amend. The Special Studies Committee voted five (5) in favor zero (0) opposed thereby granting the petition with conditions. A second sign on this elevation requires variance approval by the BZA. No application has been filed to date. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
