DENIED: Docket No. V -71 -03 Development Standards Variance. The Board voted one (1) in favor, four (4) opposed, thereby denying the petition. According to our Board of Zoning Appeals Rules (Section 30.5.4), it states: "After denial of a variance application, special use application, zoning amendment or variance, application concerning the same property shall not be filed for a period of six (6) months."
