This letter is in response to the Development Standards Variance Application for First Indiana
Bank Drive Thru located at 10333 N. Meridian Street.
1. Please provide a diagram demonstrating why you are requesting the variance from
Section 25.1.2B.3a. Label the main building setback line (20 ft from R/W) and /or the
front line of the building.
2. Label all setbacks and easements.
3. Please show if address numbers will be placed on new building.

This site has been previously disturbed. The soils information from the "Soil Survey of Hamilton
County" is not valid.
I have reviewed the plans for this project and have the following comments:
This construction site is less than 5 acres and was not part of the original development. I am
reviewing this project as a Rule 5 exempt site.
Recommend changing the inlet protection practice. Sand bags around the inlets or stone bags
over the inlets are recommended.
