Box 649 Carmel, IN 46082 -0649 Re: Wilson Office Complex; Signage (V- 95 -03) Dear Mr. Wilson: At the meeting held Monday, September 22, 2003, the Carmel/Clay Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) filed by you for property located at 937 Keystone Way. APPROVED with commitment: Docket No. V -95 -03 Development Standards Variance. The Board voted three (3) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition, subject to the signage generally being the size and location of those indicated on the photographic rendering. Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the signs approved pursuant to the aforementioned Development Standards Variances must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date of the approvals is September 22, 2004. When applying for Sign Permits for these structures, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
