Box 649 Carmel, Indiana 46082 RE: Wilson Office Complex Signage- Development Standards Variances Dear Mr. Wilson: This letter is in response to the Development Standards Variance application for Wilson Office Complex Signage. Per my conversation with Betsy on August 27, 2003, she and I have changed the application to read that all signs will be a "maximum area of twenty (20) square feet" to be in compliance with the sign ordinance. Also, for your information, the variance was changed to reflect Section 25.7.02 -11(b) for the complex, not just one building. The following issues must be resolved. 1. Please provide elevations of all buildings, showing proposed signage. 2. Please provide a site plan showing sign locations. 3. Please resubmit your information sheet stating 30 square feet to read 20 square feet. Please submit revisions with above- mentioned changes. If you have any questions, please call me.
