This letter is in response to the Development Standards Variance application for Wilson Office
Complex Signage. Per my conversation with Betsy on August 27, 2003, she and I have changed
the application to read that all signs will be a "maximum area of twenty (20) square feet" to be in
compliance with the sign ordinance. Also, for your information, the variance was changed to
reflect Section 25.7.02 -11(b) for the complex, not just one building. The following issues must
be resolved.
Please submit revisions with above mentioned changes. If you have any questions, please call
me.
Sincerely,
Angelina Butler
