Notice is hereby given that the Carmel /Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting scheduled for
September 22, 2003 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Caucus Room, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana
will hold a Public Hearing upon a Developmental Standards Variance application to allow an encroachment
into the minimum front yard setback per Section 5.4.3.A of the Carmel /Clay Zoning Ordinance for the
property being known as 13629 Ditch Road, Carmel, Indiana. Petitioner seeks a Development Standards
Variance in order to construct a portion of garage which will encroach into the front yard toward Ditch Road.
A copy of the proposal and the legal description is on file at the Carmel Department of Community
Services, Third Floor of City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana. All interested persons desiring to
present their views on the above application will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned
time and place. Written objections to the proposal that are filed with the Secretary of the Carmel /Clay Board
of Zoning Appeals before the hearing will be considered. Hearings may be continued from time to time as
found necessary.

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting scheduled for
September 22, 2003 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Caucus Room, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana
will hold a Public Hearing upon a Developmental Standards Variance application to allow an encroachment
into the minimum front yard setback per Section 5.4.3.A of the Carmel /Clay Zoning Ordinance for the
property being known as 13629. Ditch Road, Carmel, Indiana. Petitioner seeks a Development Standards
Variance in order to construct a portion of garage which will encroach into the front yard toward Ditch Road.
A copy of the proposal and the legal description is on file at the Carmel Department of Community
Services, Third Floor of City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana. All interested persons desiring to
present their views on the above application will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned
time and place. Written objections to the proposal that are filed with the Secretary of the Carmel /Clay Board
of Zoning Appeals before the hearing will be considered. Hearings may be continued from time to time as
found necessary.
