Dear Mr. Stewart:
At the meeting held Monday, September 22, 2003, the Carmel/Clay Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer
took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) filed by you for property located at 13629
Ditch Road.
APPROVED with condition: Docket No. V -96-03 Development Standards Variance. The Hearing Officer voted in
favor, thereby approving the petition, subject to the dedication of a forty feet half right -of -way along Ditch Road before
the Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variances approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 22, 2004.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
