Please note, the last paragraph refers to "Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits... I believe you meant to refer to Section 26.2.7 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding the 25 foot garage set back. I was hoping you could revise the content of the Letter of Grant to refer to the garage set back provision of the Zoning Ordinance. Please give me your thoughts.
