9:00 a.m. Docket No. 09090001 UV: Salsbery Brothers Landscaping
The applicant seeks the following use variance approval:
Docket No. 09090001 UV Appendix A Retail uses in the R1 District.
The site is located at 4317 East 146 Street and is zoned R1 /Single family residential. Filed
by E. Davis Coots for Salsbery Brothers Landscaping.
Jeff Salsbery with Salsbery Brothers Landscaping and Dave Coots with Coots, Henke and
Wheeler were present for the petitioner. Mr. Coots sent to the appropriate agencies in the
City of Carmel via mail an aerial view of the property at 4317 East 146 Street. They are
requesting approval for a use variance to allow for retail sales to be conducted out of the
entire parcel of property. Currently it is zoned as a R1 /Single Family Residential. There
will be no changes to what is already at the site.
