The site is located at 10302 North College Avenue and is zoned R1/Residential within the
Home Place Overlay. Filed by E. Davis Coots for Quantum Graphix.
Jim Wheeler of Coots, Henke and Wheeler presented on behalf of the petitioner. They
are seeking approval to run a graphic printing company out of the property. Currently it is
zoned as a residential use and will need approval on variance to zone as business use.

Sheet 100 evergreen trees shows every 5 shrubs, but should be one for every
3 shrubs
Oriental trees 8 feet multi 1 1/2 cum diameter
ITT suggested reduce required buffer along greenbelt on US 31 to be consistent
with other businesses within Hamilton Crossing. Use dense coverage on North
side and gradually come into South side. Suggested to have a separate meeting
with Scott.

The applicant seeks site plan and design approval for a multi -tenant retail/office building.
The site is located at 12773 Old Meridian St. just north of Grand Blvd. The site is zoned
OM/MU Old Meridian District Mixed Use Zone. Filed by Matt Griffin of Providence
Commercial Partners, LLC (Buckingham Companies).
Matt Griffin with Providence, Jon Dobosiewicz with Nelson and Frankenberger and Rich
Kelly with EMH &T were in attendance. Petitioner is requesting to build a 8,000 Sq. Ft.
building at 12773 Old Meridian Street. The building design will have a similar
appearance to the existing Providence buildings in this area.
