As you requested, we are now submitting to you a drawing which shows only the landscaping required for these two phases. The following changes have been approved by you and are noted on the new drawings: 1. Taxus yews were substituted for Taxus x media "Viridis "yews as "Viridis" yews were not available at any local suppliers 2. The 5 roses shown in the small island southeast of Phase II on the original plan, have been moved to south entrance of Phase I as that island is now concrete 3. The 6 yews shown in the small island southeast of Phase II on the original plan, have been substituted with 6 boxwood and moved to the south side of Phase II 4. The Locust tree shown is the small island southeast of Phase II on the original plan, has been delayed until Phase III Again, thank you for your cooperation and insight into making the overall landscaping in Carmel visually appealing.
