Those modifications were a reduction in the size of the "Service" sign and the addition of a stone base on the ground sign to match the building stone. Accordingly, on behalf of Tom Wood Subaru, we request that you continue the above listed docket items until the February 23, 2004 BZA agenda. Also, in response to comments from the Department and the TAC Committee, we have made certain revisions to the proposed signage for this project. We have deleted the two identification signs on the east facade, deleted two of the logo identification signs, modified the size of the Service sign, and propose to replace the existing ground sign with a new ground sign. I am enclosing a revised Exhibit B indicating these changes, a revised signage drawing, a revised rendering, and revised color elevations. Please consider this letter our request to amend Docket Nos. The following are the response to your letter. 1. The existing ground sign will be removed (See response to same question in Dick Hill's comment letter). 2. The only written correspondence I have received from Scott Brewer is the attached fax. 3. I have obtained an estimate for doing landscaping for the entire site that Scott will be reviewing in the next week. Variances for Landscaping will be handled by Lawrence Lawhead of Barnes Thornburg.
