After the Approval Date, Meridian Heights Associates, LLC may remove that portion of the hard surface roadway currently located within the Vacation Parcel that is no longer required to provide access to and from Lots 33, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40, 41 and 45 (or so many of such Lots that remain in an ownership other than that of Meridian Heights Associates, LLC, or its affiliates, grantees, successors, or assigns) from and to 131 Street; and, 4. Meridian Heights Associates, LLC shall cause all portions of the hard surface roadway currently located within the Vacation Parcel to be maintained in accordance with the standards of the City of Carmel Street Department applicable to the maintenance of pubic rights -of -way, including the removal of snow accumulations, at all times prior to the Approval Date.
