The first secondary plat/replat was docketed in January with docket no. 08010010 SP, and the second secondary plat/replat was docketed in September under docket no. 08090019 SP. The application fees are both paid, to date. Keystone Group, LLC paid the first time and American Structurepoint paid the second time. Is there a way we can credit the surplus ($1,089) to future sign permits for tenants on this site? Or, if you would rather receive a refund back to American Structurepoint, I can work that this week. Please let me know what is most convenient for Keystone Group, LLC.
