This Item will be on the January 20, 2010 agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee. Please submit packets digitally to all members (list attached) at your earliest convenience. 2. Mailed and Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than Friday, January 1, 2010. Published notice is required within the Indianapolis Star.
