Thus, an entire frontage does not have to abut a public street to qualify for a sign (see enclosed plan). I also do not think that a second or third frontage street needs to have a different street name. Public street frontage is public street frontage and I cannot find anything in the Ordinance that infers, let alone states, anything to the contrary. Thus, I think the only reasonable determination you can make, and the only determination that would be consistent with 501 Congressional Boulevard, would be to determine that the west facade of Building 3 at Hamilton Crossing West has public street frontage on 126 Street. Commitments: Blue Co. will stay; Krieg, DeVault will have same color and illumination. Blue Co. and K -DeV will match type face, minor difference in font. K -DeV will discuss variance for second sign with Dept. Blue Co. sign is 21 X 3; K -DeV is 33X3.
