Dear Mrs. Kimbell:
At the meeting held Wednesday, January 6, 2010, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at
3940 W. 121 Street.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 09110008 V and 09110009 V Development Standards Variances for accessory building over
18 feet in height and located in front of the house.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for aone -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is January 6, 2013.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please
include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
