CODE SUMMARY
The project will consist of a new four (4) story structure of 57,525 sq.ft. The building includes speculative
office space on the 1st, 2nd , 3rd and 4th floors, retail space on the 1st floor with a black box theater
(separate project) occupying a portion of the 1st and 2nd floor levels.
