Well, Wal-Mart came along and smashed my company flat that I owned & operated. That was almost 2 years ago & I have been picking up the pieces ever since. I'm getting there though. My house project came to an absolute halt. If you were to drive by it today you'd see a house that has some windows ( not all ), no doors & jusl framing. There is zero plumbing,wiring & insulation. The wind blows right through it. My project is not dead & when I have an extra 50 or 60 bucks I go and buy some siding & nail it up. It is my hope that I can get things on track and finish this by this summer. Give me a call if you need to. 873-0535 you'll be sorry. Thanks, Dirk PS. Applicant needed to confirm that no driveway permit was needed. Well permit may also be needed. Needed a topo map, needed a plot plan showing the existing house and new house. Needed to confirm that the secondary plat (Docket 12-01 SP) had been recorded. The Surveyor's office needs for the applicant to post a surey bond. Applicant came into the office this date (10/8/03) and spoke with Gayle again. He has gotten answers as follows: 1. Highway does not need for him to get a permit 2. Plat was recorded 3. He will use the address of 4642 4. Topo map has been submitted 5. Plat plan with existing house and new house has been submitted 6. Needs to submit a letter to P & Z that reflects his commitment to demo the existing house within so many days after his new home is completed. And, needs their approval of that letter of commitment. 7. Still unsure about the posting of th e surety bond.
