(Parcel ID # 17-09-36-03-01-013.000), a property listed under your ownership, is in violation of Carmel City Code § 6-88 (Ordinance No. D-1557-02) and Indiana Code §36-1-3-6 (b)(1). (c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property") located within the City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation growing thereon that exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall keep their property clear of debris.
