I should note that these particular signs have been appearing in the community for quite some time. Can one of you verify that this is an illegal sign and take the correct action? I have the information on the person who is placing the signs and I have been advised that he does not want to cooperate and will continue to place the signs after CPD advised him that it was a possible ordinance violation. The gentleman's name is Warren Rosenthal and lives at 8024 warbler way Indpls. IN. 46256. He drives a 2002 Dodge caravan and his signs are for rentals/sale signs with phone # of 423-7021. Please check to see if we have any previous history re: this person and make sure he is contacted re: our ordinance.
