Michigan Road, per the attached site map (Exhibit 1). Auto Credit Builders on the east elevation will be repositioned as shown on Exhibit 2(B) and Mahindra, with logo, will be added over the entrance to the space occupied by this new dealership. Auto Credit Builders on the south elevation will be removed and replaced with a Mahindra sign (Exhibit 3). The Mahindra signs and logo are diagramed and sized on Exhibit 4. The signs meet the Sign Ordinance size permission and do not require variances as the new signs are permitted by ordinance or existing variances.
