Accessory building shall have maximum height of 18ft.
I, Leslie Ahluwalia DVM, request that Ditch Rd Stable variance be allowed to exceed the
accessory building height. On 8 -25 -2008, the Board of Zoning Appeals approved special use variance for
the said stable Docket# 08060007 SU and approved the square footage of the stable to be greater than
primary dwelling of the home Docket# 08060019V.
The building plans require that the stable (see plans) height be 28'9" at its tallest point, not including the
cupola(s). The added head clearance needed for rider and horse as well as the width and length of the
buildings require the above mentioned building height.
I, Leslie Ahluwalia DVM respectfully request approval for 30ft building height of the accessory
structure known as Ditch Rd Stable.
