At the meeting held Tuesday, January 26, 2010, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 13801 Palo
Alto Court.
APPROVED: Docket No. 09120010 V Development Standards Variance for extension of model home opening.

Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. Continuous use as a model home must be underway. The
expiration date of the approval is January 26, 2013.
