February 23, 2010 Leslie Ahluwalia 13403 Ditch Road Carmel, IN 46032 Re: Ditch Road Stables 10010010 V Dear Mrs. Ahluwalia: At the meeting held Monday, February 22, 2010, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 13403 Ditch Road. APPROVED: Docket No. 10010010 V Development Standards Variance for arena height. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
