We did not protest the zoning change which permitted the owners to build structures for horses on their acreage because we felt that we live in an area where others have done the same. However, upon calling Mrs. Ahluwalia and hearing that the 80x200 foot building was designed to be 26 feet high and that the other structure is 28 high, I have some concerns. That would be the height of a three story building! I am asking the committee to consider if this height seems appropriate with the other structures in the surrounding area. Thank you for your guidance in this concern. The size of these barn's are huge 80ft x 200ft and 72ft x 72ft) and are to be built against our property line. We do want, something like this, built up against our property line. We feel it will have an affect on our property value in years to come. This is a commercial operation. The smell from the manure may become a problem with the west to east prevailing winds.
