Also attached is an inventory of existing signs, color and size. All of these signs are permitted or exist as the result of an approved variance. Pearson Mahindra (a new and separate entity from Pearson Ford) seeks ADLS approval for two wall signs to be mounted on the East and South elevations of the building owned by Pearson Realty and to be occupied by Pearson Mahindra. The existing Auto Credit Builders sign on the South elevation will be removed.
