Range Line Road. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 09110010 V through 09110014 V: Development Standards Variances for building to occupy a minimum of 70% of frontage; required number of parking spaces; total number of signs for building; sign facing north (not toward right -of -way); and minimum 0.5 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) with the Commitment there will be no signage ever attached to the window panes at CVS on Range Line Road and Medical Drive. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
