Mailed and Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than Friday, February 19, 2010. Published notice is required within the Indianapolis Star. Note: the placement of a public hearing sign on the property is also required by the BZA Rules of Procedure, Article VI, Section 6 (see attached PDF).
