LETTER of GRANT
At the meeting held Monday, February 22, 2010, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Special Use (SU) filed for the property located at 11610 North College Avenue.
APPROVED: Docket No. 09120016 SU Special Use application for tower in a business district.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Tune Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Special Use
approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be
underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is February 22, 2013.
