1. This item will be on the January 20 agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). If not done already,
the petitioner must submit plans and review materials to all TAC members ASAP. (Failure to submit plans and
review materials to TAC members will result in the tabling of this petition. For a list of current TAC members,

2. Mailed and Published Public Notice does not need to occur.
3. Proof of Notice is not needed.
4. The Filing Fee and Eight (8) Information packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary, Ramona
Hancock, no later than 12:00 PM, Friday, Jan. 22. If filing fee and materials are not delivered by this time, this
application will be continued to the March 2 meeting.
5. This Item will appear on the Feb. 2, 2010 agenda of the Plan Commission Special Studies Committee at 6:00 pm
in the Caucus Room, Second Floor, City Hall. Please have a representative attend.
6. Please submit color photos of the existing building for the file, and include them in the info packets.
7. Please label the building materials and colors on the building elevations.
8. Additional review comments may be voiced at the TAC meeting.
