APPROVED: Docket Nos. 09120017 V through 09120018 V and 09120023 Special Use Amendment: Development Standards Variances for increase in building height; increase in lot coverage; and Special Use Amendment for addition to existing acreage Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
