Statement of Variance request by College Park Church Special Use Appeal request of 4 Temporary Modular Classrooms Docket No. 09090022 SUA Statement of Support Docket No. 09090022 SUA During the past 18 months College Park Church has experienced sustained numerical growth. This leads the church to request additional temporary modular classroom space. The classrooms would be used primarily to support our Sunday morning programming. This request includes continued use of two (2) modular classrooms, which have been on site for a number of years, and two (2) additional modular classrooms. This request is to support current growth while at the same time the church develops a long -term growth solution. The Tong -term solution is being actively pursued with decision points planned for mid to late first half of 2010. You said at that time that we would only need to go through the TAC process since it had been approved previously at the plan commission but never constructed. With that approval process in mind (TAC only), what is the process called and what is the Application for something like that (would it be considered a DP ADLS but just doesn't go to Plan Comission)?
