Close 5335 Fall Creek Road Indianapolis, IN 46220 Re: Kingswood Subdivision, Lots 40, 41, 48, Carmel, IN Gentlemen, Recently our office received a complaint regarding the discharge points of the sump pumps on the above referenced lots. Upon research by the City Engineers office and our office it has been determined that the above addressed builders built the homes on these lots. Furthermore, in reviewing the site plans that were submitted as a part of the Improvement Location Permit application and ultimately the issuance of the Building Permit, in each case the sump pump discharge line was to be tied into the sub -surface drain (ssd) pipe located at the rear of the respective lots - see attached. The City Engineers office has informed that upon a visual inspection of the area it cannot be determined if the discharge points are actually tied into the ssd, therefore at this time i would formally request that each of you confirm this connection and submit a letter of confirmation to such a connection to our office, as soon as possible.
