3. Docket No. 10020007 ADLS Amend: Spring Mill Medical Signage
The applicant seeks approval for two new ground ID signs, 6 new directional signs, and window graphics
for the door entrances. The site is located at 200 W. 103rd St. and is zoned B -3 /Business. Filed by Amanda
Gates of Sign Craft Industries.
The Petitioner is requesting approval for a new ground sign package. There will be 2 new identification ground
signs and 6 new directional signs. The identification signs will be 14.9 sq. ft. each and about 5' tall. They will
identify the different entrances into the building. The directional signs will be 3' tall and 3 sq. ft. or less. They will
help direct patrons throughout the parking lot in reference to the entrances. There will also be new window graphics
helping to further identify the numbered entrances. The businesses within the building have all agreed to utilize
these numbered/directional entrance names to help their patrons find the correct door. All signs meet the sign
ordinance requirements.
The Dept of Community Services (DOCS) recommends that the Committee vote to approve this item after
all comments /concerns are addressed. (This item only requires a Plan Commission Committee vote.)
