1. Please work with Scott Brewer on a tree preservation plan.
TREE PROTECTION AREAS (PER SCOTT BREWER'S ADVICE) ARE INCLUDED ON THE CONCEPTUAL LANDSCAPE
PLAN.
2. Please provide a conceptual landscape plan, if possible.
CONCEPTUAL LANDSCAPE PLAN PROVIDED.
3. On the site plan, please show a walkway from the front door to the sidewalk.
REVISED SITE PLAN PROVIDED.
4. Is there a way to modify the windows on the second floor to match the height /width of the windows on the first
floor or just be a smaller scaled version of them?
I CHECKED INTO USING 2 NARROW WINDOWS INSTEAD OF ONE WIDER ONE; HOWEVER, AT LEAST 33" WIDTH IS
REQUIRED FOR BEDROOM EGRESS. WE CAN'T GO ANY TALLER WITHOUT RAISING THE CEILING AND COULD
ONLY NARROW THE WINDOW BY 4 SO, I AM LEAVING IT AS ORIGINALLY PROPOSED, UNLESS THERE ARE
FURTHER SUGGESTIONS.
5. If possible, please add a window to the rear or side of the garage.
A WINDOW WILL BE ADDED TO THE REAR (WEST) GARAGE ELEVATION.
6. Is any fencing proposed for the lot? If so, please provide details o the design and location.
NO FENCING.
7. Please provide a copy of a letter or email from the Carmel Engineering Dept regarding the alley access approval.
SEE ALTERNATE SITE PLAN IF ALLEY ACCESS IS NOT OBTAINED.
8. What will happen to the existing curb cut along 2" Ave NE?
IT GOES AWAY IF ALLEY ACCESS IS GRANTED.
9. Please verify that the roof material is asphalt shingles.
YES, ASPHALT.
10. Please provide color samples of the exterior building materials, or provide photo examples.
COLOR RENDERING PROVIDED.
