LETTER of GRANT August 26, 2008 Charles Frankenberger Nelson Frankenberger 3105 East 98th Street Suite 170 Indianapolis, IN 46280 Re: Old Meridian Plaza 08070006 V through 08070011 V Dear Mr. Frankenberger: At the meeting held Monday, August 25, 2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 12863 Old Meridian Street. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 08070006 V through 08070011 V Developmental Standards Variances for required front yard setback, reduction of minimum side and rear yard setbacks, reduction of 75% minimum street frontage and location of parking in front of building. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Developmental Standards Variance approvals are valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is August 25, 2009. When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
