Steve Broermann contacted Carmel about it couple months ago and we forwarded it to the contractor. Our As- builts will have the sidewalk change, if that is acceptable. It shows a minimum 4.5 feet wide, and the subdivision control ordinance section 8.09 requires 5 -ft wide sidewalks. Please revise the plans or you can seek plan commission approval of a waiver for sidewalk width. We are a bit confused because they have not yet submitted secondary plat applications for these three sections... currently, they have apps on fie for sections 4, 5, and 6) They wanted to get their plats on the next bpw agenda, but we will have them submit the 3 secondary plat applications and have them work with each TAC member individually to get the plat approved. That way they are not delayed by having to attend the next scheduled TAC meeting. Also, Alexia will review the plat for section 4, to make sure no additional changes are required for the plat.
