Dear Matt and Mike:
I am enclosing with this correspondence the applications for approval of the Architectural
Design, Exterior Lighting, Landscaping and Signage and Development Plan for the
redevelopment of the Runyon site located at 861 North Rangeline Road. Confirming my
conversation with Mike Hollibaugh, my client and I met with Mayor Brainard to discuss the
redevelopment of this site and the redevelopment of Rangeline Road in this area. In order to
advance the goals of my client and the goals of the City, there are a number of site and right -of-
way issues that will need to be resolved before we can finalize the site plan and building design.
Following our discussion with the Mayor it is highly likely that the site plan and building design
will be modified. Accordingly, I would request that we postpone formal review of the submitted
documents and a technical advisory committee until after we address these issues. I will be
contacting you soon to set up a meeting to discuss the procedure and schedule for working on
these issues. If you have any questions, or if you wish to discuss this matter in the interim, please
