1. ALL DIMENSIONS IN CURBED AREAS SHALL BE BACK TO BACK OF CURB.
ALL DIMENSIONS IN AREAS WITHOUT CURB SHALL BE TO EDGE OF PAVEMENT.

THE CONTRACTOR MUST CLEAN THESE DAILY IF NECESSARY. THE CONTRACTOR MUST USE

THE DEVELOPER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETING ALL IMPROVEMENTS IN COMPUANCE
WITH CITY STANDARDS AND ORDINANCES.
3. EXISTING UNDERGROUND UTILITIES ARE SHOWN IN THEIR APPROXIMATE LOCATIONS
ACCORDING TO AVAILABLE INFORMATION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
DETERMINING THE PRESENCE AND LOCATION OF THE EXISTING UTILITIES AND REPAIRING
ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE UTILITIES DURING PROBING OR CONSTRUCTION. TO OBTAIN

EROSION CONTROL NOTE
1. PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK, INSTALL INLET PROTECTION ON ALL INLET CASTINGS ALONG THE
PARKWOOD CROSSING BLVD. REMOVE ONLY AFTER DISTURBED AREA. HAS BEEN FULLY STABILIZED.
2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTROL WASTE, GARBAGE, DEBRIS, WASTEWATER, AND OTHER SUBSTANCES
ON THE SITE IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY SHALL NOT BE TRANSPORTED FROM THE SITE BY THE
ACTION OF WINDS, STORMWATER RUNOFF, OR OTHER FORCES. PROPER DISPOSAL OR MANAGEMENT OF
