Notice is hereby given that the Hearing Officer for the Carmel /Clay Board of Zoning Appeals on the 22 °d
day of March, 2010, at 5:30 pm in the City Hall Caucus Room, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a
Public Hearing upon a Development Standards Variance application to place a Ground Identification Sign on the
site of the Carmel Professional Office Building located as 13250 Hazel Dell Parkway, Carmel, Indiana, in addition
