APPROVED: Docket No. 10020016 SU Special Use application for artificial pond, not platted. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Special Use approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
