At the meeting held Monday, March 22, 2010, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Special Use (SU) filed by you for the property located at 1769 East 106 Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. 10020016 SU Special Use application for artificial pond, not platted.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Special Use
approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be
underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is March 22, 2013.
