Meridian Street, Suite 300 Carmel, IN 46032 Re: St. Vincent Sports Performance Center 10030001 V 10030012 V Dear Mr. Reis: At the meeting held Monday, March 22, 2010, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 13400 North Meridian Street. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 10030001 V through 10030012 V Development Standards Variance for perimeter buffering, increased height for ground sign, two ID signs facing same right -of -way, wall signs not facing a public street (west east), increased sign area for east wall sign, additional ID signs for multi level/multi -tenant building, sloped roof exceeding 100 feet, increased max first floor GFA, parking between US 31 right -of -way and 90 -foot build -to line, elimination of straight concrete curbs on parking islands, and additional sign area for west wall sign.. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
