The maximum height for a ground sign in this area is 6' tall. 9'6" was requested. 7.) There is a 60' proposed half right of way according to the Thoroughfare Plan. The sign is proposed at 17' from the existing right of way line. This is 35.5' too close to the proposed half right of way of the Thoroughfare Plan. The sign will need to be moved back 70' from the center line of the road to be in compliance. (10' back from the right of way line) 8.) The variance submitted for 100% logo was not issued a docket number because the Department feels that since the entire building is for St. Vincent and its affiliates /departments, a variance for logo percentage is not necessary.
