Site Narrative The Claybourne Pool will provide recreational facilities for the 258 home sites in Claybourne and Shelborne Estates. The pool is located in Block "L a common area platted as part of Claybourne, Section 2 in 2003 and covers 2.047 acres. M. Water Service Water service for the project will be supplied by the City of Carmel. Water mains serving the project have been installed across the frontage of the site as part of the construction for Claybourne, Section 2. N. Sanitary Sewer Service The sanitary sewer service will be provided by Clay Township Regional Waste District. Sewer mains serving the project have been installed across the frontage of the site as part of the construction for Claybourne, Section 2. 0. Storm Drainage The storm water runoff will be collected in storm sewers and routed through the future section of Claybourne and into the existing Lake #6 that was constructed and part of Claybourne, Section 2. Storm water detention for the pool site was part of the overall detention design for the subdivision. The storm sewers will be dedicated to the Hamilton County Drainage Board as regulated drains and the system design will meet the requirements set by the Hamilton County Surveyor. P.
