Dear Dr. Wade:
At the meeting held Monday, February 23, 2004, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Use Variance (UV) filed by you for the property located at 3309 E. 146 Street.
DENIED: Docket No. UV- 129 -03 Use Variance for veterinary clinic. The Board voted two (2) in favor, three (3)
opposed, thereby denying the petition.
