Justin- When, figuring up the new fees, for 4 lots (instead of 3) and removing one of the waiver fees, I show a total fee
of $2680. You have paid $1548 to date, and so the balance due is 1,132.00 Checks can be made out to The City of
Carmel.
Also, can Greg email me the latest plat? 1 want to check the `front' setback for lot #1, along Smokey Row Rd.

I believe that we should be allowed to withdraw Docket No. 09110038 SW, SCO 8.09: alternative transportation, side
path. Department of engineering doesn't want us to build this path and expects us to make a financial contribution in lieu
of installation. That said, I don't see why we would need to pay for a waiver for something another department has
requested. Am I thinking through this correctly?
The other waivers will be necessary. Also, the plans we will be submitting and our public notice stated four lots. Since we
decided to divide off the back land into its own lot for future use.

2. Mailed and Published Public Notice needs to occur no later than Friday, Dec. 25. Published notice is required
within the Indianapolis Star. Try to get the public notice ad to the IndyStar by Noon, two days prior to the public
notice deadline. It takes about two days for them to publish it. Also, the placement of a public hearing sign on
the property is required; see application.
3. The Filing Fee and Fifteen (15) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary
Ramona Hancock no later than Noon, Friday, Jan. 8.
4. Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than Noon, Friday, Jan. 15, 2010. Failure
to submit Proof of Notice (green cards, newspaper affidavit, etc.) by this time will result in the tabling of the
petition.
5. *This item will appear on the Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010 agenda of the Plan Commission (under "Public
Hearings A representative must be present. NOTE: THIS MEETING DATE MAY HAVE TO CHANGE, DUE TO
