Docket No. 09100011 DP /ADLS Dear Mr. Frankenberger: The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its March 16, 2010 meeting regarding the Development. Plan Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping and Signage (DP /ADLS) applications for the CVS Pharmacy store to be located at 1421 S. Range Line Rd, zoned B- 8/Business within the Carmel Dr. Range Line Rd. Overlay Zone, Carmel. APPROVED: Docket No. 09100011 DP /ADLS, CVS Pharmacy at Range Line Rd._— approved for a new building located at 1421 S. Range Line Rd., CONDITIONED UPON: 1.) that the applicant obtains two bids for the installation of the removed, on street parking and paying the average of these two bids to the City's Non reverting Thoroughfare fund, and 2.) that the applicant works with the Forestry Dept. to plant street tree species that will never block from view the wall signage on the building. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
