Carmel, IN 46033 Re: Zoning Code Violation: Park on Grass / Junk Vehicle fib_ WATO1 —".11 This letter is being provided to inform you that the parking of vehicles in the grass and storing motor vehicles which do not bear a currently valid license plate, and are not kept in a garage or building at 11132 Lakeshore Dr. E., is prohibited as per Carmel Zoning Ordinance and Carmel City Code, which states: 27.02.04 Parking spaces may be located on any pan of a lot, unless otherwise specified herein. Parking spaces shall not be located in any required greenbelt or lawn area. Also, I wanted you to be aware of the City of Carmel ordinance requiring all vehicles to either carry current license plates (and be mechanically operable), or to be garaged. 6-106 (b) A Junk Car shall mean any motor vehicle which does not bear a currently valid license plate, and is not kept in a garage or building. To avoid further enforcement action, please discontinue parking vehicles on unpaved surfaces/greenbelt areas by February 3, 2010. Failure to do so will result in further enforcement action to include the issuance of daily citations for as long as the violation(s) persist, and a mandatory appearance in Carmel City Court.
